Cancellation Policy

At JEEN JEWELLERS, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled by the customer or by JEEN JEWELLERS, along with the applicable refund process.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed for manufacturing or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, where applicable.

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by JEEN JEWELLERS.

2. Customized & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Orders for the following products cannot be cancelled once production has started:

  • Customized Jewellery

  • Personalized Jewellery

  • Engraved Jewellery

  • Made-to-Order Designs

  • Special Order Jewellery

These products are manufactured specifically for the customer and therefore are not eligible for cancellation after production begins.

3. Gold Coins & Silver Coins

Due to frequent fluctuations in precious metal prices:

  • Gold Coins and Silver Coins may be cancelled only before order confirmation and processing.

  • Once the order has been confirmed or processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Any approved cancellation before processing will be refunded in accordance with this policy.

4. Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is approved for cancellation before dispatch:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.

If any payment gateway charges, banking charges, or other non-recoverable transaction charges have been incurred, JEEN JEWELLERS reserves the right to deduct such charges from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered and the order is cancelled before dispatch, no cancellation fee will apply.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the suspension of COD facilities for future purchases.

6. Cancellation by JEEN JEWELLERS

JEEN JEWELLERS reserves the right to cancel any order, either partially or completely, under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.

  • Payment authorization or verification fails.

  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transaction.

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information.

  • Delivery is not possible to the specified address.

  • Government restrictions, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by JEEN JEWELLERS, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid after deducting any non-recoverable transaction charges, where applicable and legally permissible.

7. How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address

  • Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are processed according to the current status of the order and this policy.

8. Refund After Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed only after cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, express delivery charges, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on the part of JEEN JEWELLERS.

9. Policy Updates

JEEN JEWELLERS reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall apply.
